What is the HijiTM band Warranty Policy?

Customer Support can answer questions and provide troubleshooting assistance for your HijiTM band device. An extended warranty called the HijiTM band Protection Plan is available for purchase with select HijiTM band products purchased in the United States from hijiband.com. This plan increases the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years and covers accidental damage. How do I return my HijiTMband?

For countries that have products available through the hijiband.com store, purchases are covered by our return policy. You can return products purchased from HijiTM band for a refund within 45 days of shipment. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased your HijiTM band device or accessory elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out the return policy.
