Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested. Orders will be shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Shipping charges are based on the estimated weight of your order and shipping location. You are able to approve and select your shipping speed during your checkout process.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Hiji® band. The shipping labels are printed as you have entered at checkout so please check to make sure it is a valid address.

Order Turnaround Times

Orders are shipped in the order received and within 24-48hrs. We always do our best to get orders out the same day or next day from when the order is placed. Please be aware that as we get closer to the holidays (especially Christmas), those times will increase due to the volume of orders we receive.

Backorders

We do not backorder items. All the items you see and order from the website is a clear reflection of our current inventory. If for any reason, we are out of an item that you ordered, you will be contacted promptly. Thanks for shopping at Hijiband.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund custom order items or shipping charges. To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow instructions and requirements listed below

  • Email sales@hijiband.com to ask for return instructions.
  • To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the order date. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days.
  • No returns will be accepted for sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Internet Sales

No Hiji® band can be sold on any website for less than prices quoted on the Hiji® band website. No Hiji® band products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. No Hiji® band products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise. Use of the Hiji® band logo, trademark, or name is prohibited without Hiji® band consent.

Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid by credit card unless other terms have been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping will be charged before your order is shipped.
